20s' Terms & Conditions – Transparency is our foundation

20s (referred to as "20s Online") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. In this document, "20s", "we", and "our" refer to the 20s Online platform. "Member", "user", and "you" refer to anyone who is registered or looking to register on 20s.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (password, OTP) strictly confidential. You are responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification (KYC) is completed.
• 20s reserves the right to decline any registration request without being obligated to provide a reason.

Members must be at least 18 years old to register with 20s. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a member under 18 will be closed immediately.

• A National ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport is accepted as proof of age.
• 20s may request age verification on any account it deems suspicious, at any time.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to participate on 20s.

Deposits at 20s can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit is ৳50, and the maximum single deposit limit varies by payment method.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own mobile banking account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 20s does not charge any processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

20s bonus offers are exclusive benefits for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed. Accepting a bonus means accepting all conditions attached to it.

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• Wagering requirements for most bonuses range from 10x to 30x.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• The maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings is specified separately for each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• 20s reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Separate wagering conditions apply to winnings from free bets and free spins.

Betting on 20s comes with a set of rules that all members are required to follow. These rules apply equally to everyone and are in place to ensure fair gaming.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, while the maximum varies depending on the game and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the cash out feature is available, you are welcome to use it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 20s reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the odds will be recalculated for the remaining legs.
• 20s is not liable for bets that are voided due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the 20s platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

1. Running multiple accounts under the same person
2. Bonus Arbitrage or Advantage Play
3. Chargebacks or payment fraud
4. Hacking, scripting, or gaining unauthorised access to the platform
5. Using or permitting the use of another member's account
6. Coordinating bets with other members outside the platform
7. Operating an Account Under a False Identity
8. Using the platform for money laundering purposes

20s may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances. Such action may be taken without prior notice.

• Consequences of Violating These Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents
• In the event of a chargeback or payment-related issue
• Failure to comply with responsible gaming requests
• Inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

In the event of permanent closure, we will endeavour to return any eligible balance (excluding bonuses). However, balances may be fully forfeited in cases of policy violations.

20s believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why 20s encourages members to play responsibly and provides tools and support to help them do so.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• If needed, you can activate Self-Exclusion for a period ranging from 72 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion is also available. In this case, your account will be closed indefinitely.
• If a gaming addiction is identified, 20s's support team may reach out to the member directly.

3. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be escalated to senior management.
4. A final resolution will be provided within 7 business days.
5. If you remain unsatisfied, independent arbitration is available as a further option.

20s reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or an on-platform announcement.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
